As Concierge Service Associate you will be the first point of contact for premium paying members, providing exceptional customer service.
Assist members with their inquiries, concerns, and other related issues to member's account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional member assistance
- Respond promptly to member inquiries
- Manage and maintain accurate records of members
- Handle complaints or concerns with professionalism

Job Qualification/s:
- Senior high graduate or at least some college education
- Preferably with prior experience with BPO or call center particularly in voice accounts
- Computer Literate
- Strong communication skills (English; written and verbal)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and pro-active approach to customer service
- Willing to be assigned on shifting schedule(day, mid, and night)
- Willing to work on-site
