Job Descriptions
Prepare workplace tools and equipment that will be needed for the shift.
Conducts weighing, refilling and loading of raw materials to the bucket / tank.
Ensures that the raw materials are not contaminated and can’t contaminate other raw materials.
Operate and monitor the mixing of raw materials. Gelatination, boot-up / start-up until mass production of pelletizer machine. Defect identification and adjustment (ex. appearance, size, color, contamination, texture, etc).
Gather material samples (from machine output) for QA Performance test.
Packing, sewing and attaching details on the bag whichever is applicable.
Immediately report any abnormalities found before, during and after the operation to the Immediate Superior.
Assist during the trial of machine and material.

High School Graduate
With or without experience
Has strong built,
NOT ALLERGIC TO POWDER CHEMICALS.
Hardworking
