The Compensation Senior Specialist will be supporting the business and the rewards teams in all aspects of operational delivery relating to fixed and variable compensation.
Position Accountability Summary
Prepare payroll files and SHARP with annual merit and blue collar salary increases as appropriate
Provide input to Salary / TFR Recommendations (SR) & Job Evaluations
Obtain key background information from managers and HR to enable the evaluation of roles based on Hay methodology, update job evaluation database and communicate outcomes
Generate initial SR statements and communicate with HRBP
Manage collection of data for surveys & market benchmarking
Manage Benefits administration including Insurance renewals, issue resolution, vendor management, health check, wellness initiatives among others
QualificationsAt least 3-5 years' experience with compensation administration, job evaluations, salary surveys, market pricing and salary range analysis, cost modeling
Experience providing support to large compensation projects
Excel savvy, HR Information System experience (Workday and SAP preferred)
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills with high-attention to detail
