We are looking for a potential Compensation & Benefits Manager with the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Lead/ or in a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
- Willing to work on
- site in Quezon City.
