In-charge of all biometrics timekeeping of company employees (head office & showrooms). Ensures that all employees are enrolled in the biometric timekeeping system. Updates the status of all separated employees in the payroll system. Prepares and ensures accuracy of attendance of all employees (direct hired and contractual). Submits a monthly report and prepares budget requests on the government remittances for all directly hired employees. Checks accurately all manpower agencies' billing statements for salaries and prepares a budget request for payment to respective agencies. Prepares monthly reports of attendance (direct hired and contractual) and issues memo to employees with offenses in accordance to attendance policies. Monitors offenses of all employees. Prepares a summary of payroll report every payroll release. Monitors vacation and sick leave credits of all employees. Acts as a point person in application and implementation of any government-mandated benefits. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, or equivalent. With at least 6 months experience in timekeeping, payroll administration, and other HR-related functions. Knowledgeable with Integra System is a plus. Proficient in MS Office application particularly in MS Excel. Able to maintain a good working relationship with colleagues. Can work with minimal supervision. Proactive, trustworthy, shows initiative, detail-oriented, and of good moral character. Teamplayer, smart, and dynamic. Willing to work extended hours whenever necessary. Willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City.
