Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst (Spanish), as a member of the Survey Operations team, has a key role in sustaining Community Market surveys through the conduct comprehensive compensation and benefits surveys of employers in developing countries including Spanish-speaking countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, from our Operations Center in Manila.Duties and Responsibilities:

Examine market data and execute survey process for assigned countries and assess survey results to be able to create diagnostic that would support further application of Community products and services.
Inform management on issues related to the survey process to ensure smooth delivery of service.
Explain process of survey participation and data collection that is required to ensure efficient survey process.
Explain survey results to clients illustrating the linkages of Community Jobs and Community Market to other components of Community.
Deliver salary survey transactions within established schedules and timelines ensuring timely delivery of salary surveys.
Maintain consistent quality in production of survey data and review of more junior analysts.

This is a hands-on job in one of the most technical areas of human resources management so successful candidates will have good people skills in addition to working well with numbers.

Extensive training is provided. Following a successful training period, a language allowance is available based on the level of fluency in Spanish.Other core competencies required:
