**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and recommends sufficient stocks of first aide medicines and reasonable acquisition of necessary medical equipment and kits as required by under Occupational Safety and Health Code under DOLE.
- Examines and treat employees' sickness and injuries; approves sick leaves and return to work from sick leave.
- Prepares and submits mandatory reportorial requirements and documents concerning occupational safety and health to government and private agencies.
- Prepares summary reports of sickness and injuries including lost time; conduct in-depth investigation reports in support to employees claims on cases of work related injuries.
- Helps out in planning and organizing other HR related activities like monthly events etc.
- Assists the HR Manager in doing and managing administrative works.
- Perform other HR related duties as required
**Requirement**:
- **Female Registered Nurse**:
- Required language(s): English/Tagalog
- Required skill(s): first aid, Occupational Safety And Health, basic life support
- Must be willing to work on grave yard shift and to go on over time if required
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be computer literate
- Strong work ethics and professional work habits
- Must have the patience to deal with patients
- Can start as soon as possible
