Company Nurse

The Company Nurse is mainly responsible in administering employee's immediate and basic health care needs in accordance with company policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations to achieve the desired goals and objectives.
Qualifications:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Preferably with BOSH or OHNAP certification but not required.
Preferably with First aid training but not required.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provides emergency and palliative care and treatment to employees within the legal scope of nursing responsibility such as first-aid treatment, checking of vital signs, health interview, dispensing of medicine
- Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendations like sent home or back to work
- Refers/transports ill employees to the hospital as necessary
- Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
Prepares purchase requisition of such as necessary to ensure availability at all times
- Conducts home visit or follow through of employees with chronic illnesses or on prolong sick leave
- Responsible for assuring the appropriate access and utilization of healthcare services
- Facilitate wellness programs promoting employee health/wellness in the workplace
- Create health and safety awareness among employees
- Responsible for securing and developing all records, equipment, and programs related to health services
- Generates reports and submits to management or government agencies as scheduled
- Act as In-plant HMO Administrator.
Coordinates with provider to resolve any issues/concerns, review and process payment
- Coordinates any work-related injuries/illnesses to Safety Officer for immediate investigation and corrective actions
- In-charge/monitors sick leave on time to avoid delayed payment
- Ensures Professional Healthcare standards are followed
- Ensures effective delivery of nursing and patient services
- Develops health and safety policies
- Ensures Company is compliant with public health and safety legislations.
- Other tasks that may be assigned pertaining to nursing responsibilities.
- Perform other Occupational and Health Safety related tasks / projects in line with the job holder's capabilities as requested by the HR Manager

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Iloilo City, Probinsya sang Iloilo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
