**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Give first aid treatments and proper medication to employees as needed
- Observe and record the symptoms and condition of a patient
- Maintain medical and other related records of all employees
- Examine, validates and makes sure that sick employees submits a medical certificate/fit to work
- Maintains medical supplies inventory and purchasing
- Processes employee HMO Coverage
- Provides medical assessment on employee conditions
- In case of any accidents, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must be a graduate of **BS NURSING.
**:

- Must be a **REGISTERED NURSE (RN)**:

- Must have at least two (1) year experience as an Occupational Health Nurse.
- Bachelors/College Degree.
- Proficient in Computer Applications, MS Office.
- Must be able to communicate in English - Written and Verbally.
- Can start ASAP.
