Job description
Performs sufficient quality medical services to our employees.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintains employee health records to ensure continuity of care, employee confidentiality, and feedback to management.
- Conducts health assessment of health status of employees.
- Renders first aid or assistance to employees' admission to the healthcare facility if needed.
- Maintains, issues, and monitors medical supplies and equipment within the prescribed budgeted resources.
- Conducts physical examination of newly onboard and sick employees and evaluates if they are already fit to work.
- Coordinates and ensures compliance by employees to company annual physical examinations.
- Assist with the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis and send incident reports
- Appraising the safety and health hazards in the work environment.
Ensures that the company is up to date with public health and employment safety regulations.
