DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for medical attention to the sick and safety of all employees with regards to health hazardsGiving First Aid treatment for the injured workers.Issuance of medical referrals and medicines.Prepares documents for sickness and maternity notification of the employees.Maintains medicine inventory and processes requisition of medicine and medical supplies as the need arisesEvaluates and assist in transporting ill employees who needs specialized medical serviceBring incident/emergency cases to hospital for further and thorough treatment.Maintains health records of all employees.Assist in monitoring of leave forms particularly Sick Leave, Maternity and Paternity Leave.Monitor requirements of newly hired for completion especially Medical.Assist in updating and filling HR related documents.Assist in monitoring activity of Security Guard and Canteen Concessionaire.Performs other duties as maybe assigned by his/her immediate superior
