Administer first aide treatments and provide medications for employees as needed
Monitor and record the patient's condition
Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital
Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies once a month
Responsible if all submitted medical certificates are valid
Responsible for validation and completion of documents needed as a requirement for benefit claims related to health
Monitoring and follow up status benefit claims related to health
Willing to handle HR Admin/Clerical functions
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Nursing
Registered Nurse
at least 1-3 years experience
with working experience in public hospitals (preferred but not required)
with thorough knowledge in principles and practices of health care
with latest training of First Aid (preferred but not required)enthusiastic, resilient and can work under pressure
with BOSH training
willing to do other HR Admin tasks
Willing to work at QC and San Jose Del Monte Bulacan
