The **Company Nurse / Admin Operations Analyst** will be leading and implementing the company's HMO benefits and employee wellness programs; as well as provide technical assistance, monitoring, and help manage the general administrative activities for Aumni Philippines - Cebu.
As **Company Nurse / Admin Operations Analyst**, you will be working closely with our Director - PH Administration.
**HR & Administration**
- Ensures compliance with health and safety standards and organizes regular medical examinations of all regular employees (Annual Physical Exam);
- Ensures HMO enrollment and cancellation are endorsed in a timely manner;
- Rolling out and maintaining timekeeping processes in accordance with the Attendance and Tardiness Policy;
- Monitors leaves including paid-time-offs (PTO), airmask and sick leaves;
- Assist the HR&A Operations Manager in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF);
- Assist HR&A Operations Manager in developing and implementing employee engagement programs and events;
- Other AdHoc tasks instructed by the Director - PH Administration;
**Company Nurse**
- Give first aid treatments and proper medications to employees as needed;
- Observe and record the symptoms and condition of a patient;
- In case of any accident, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital;
- Maintain medical and other related records of all employees;
- Examine and make sure that the sick employees submit fit to work certificate;
- Go through diagnostic test results and medical certificates to determine if the results are valid;
- Monitor absence patterns especially if Sick related and visit the employee home if needed;
- Monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time;
- Coordinate with HR and Admin Executive regarding any employee's health and safety issues;
- Other tasks to ensure the safety and health of all employees;
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Nursing graduate, open to fresh graduates (Registered Nurse with previous office administrative working experiences preferred)
- Above average English communication and comprehension skills
- With good time management skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- No known attitude issues
- Certified First Aider + OSH/BOSH Safety Officer Certifications a plus
