Nursing Functions
Records and monitors all employees’ medical records.
Ensure availability and accountability of medicines and medical supplies.
Provides appropriate emergency and first-aid management and medications to employees.
Accommodates sick employees to the hospital when necessary and assists in dropping the employee home.
Research activities pertaining or related to health and wellness development
Creates training module and conducts training/seminar for health and wellness program.
Responsible in engaging employees to attend health and wellness programs, stress management program and other activities that will help in promoting a good work-life balance
Participate in the activities of occupational health and safety by giving suggestions in the improvement of the working environment affecting the health and well-being of the workers
HR Functions
Maintains an updated and accurate employee individual record by encoding pertinent information in manual data based.
Takes conscious effort in securing and maintaining confidentiality of employees’ records.
Coordinates/liaises with SSS. PHIC, HDMF, BIR and DOLE
Helps organize and facilitate company events (company outing, Christmas party, Teambuilding etc.)
Confers with the HR and Admin Manager for relevant concerns affecting employees and recommends solutions to address these.
Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
