Job Qualifications
• College Graduate 4 –year course (Preferably graduate of Bachelor of BS Nursing)
• Must be a registered Nurse
With one (1) years similar experience

• Must be with good scholastic records
• 23 years of age and above
• With Good Moral Character
• Trustworthy
• Preferably with BOSH training for nurses
Skills Required
• Computer literate
• Task oriented
• With strong interpersonal sills
• Knowledge in Occupational Health in Nursing
• Good in oral & written communication
• People oriented and accurate
• Knowledge in First Aid, Basic Life Support and Basic Medical Counseling
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure safety and health of all building employees.
2. Maintain Clinic facilities
3. Offer medical assistance:
a. Conduct information campaign on basic health maintenance.
b. Provide assistance to employees in the availment of medical services.
c. Transport or refer employees to appropriate health agencies.
4. Schedule/implement annual physical examination of PCBSI and it’s subsidiary Company’s employees.
5. Prepare, validate and process medical reimbursement of employees.
6. Conducts health related topic awareness orientation.
7. Provide guidance and recommendation for Incident Response Team for health related issues.
8. Maintain inventory of all medical supplies and equipment.
9. Maintain medical/dental records ‘s of PCBSI and subsidiary Company employees (i.e., cases, treatments, medicines)
10. Monitor the building health Compliance in relation to statutory and regulatory requirements.
11. Execute the health Plans and programs, rules and regulation.
12. Coordinate with PCBSI affiliated clinic/ local physicians and dentist for possible referral.
13. Disseminate the received information on Health
14. Acts as regular member of the Building Safety Committee.
15. Liaison works for the government mandated reports monthly quarterly, semi-annual and annually using their prescribed forms.
16. Participate reviewing the Aspect/Impact Hazard and Risk Assessment for every activity involving the office related works and even outside company related activities.
17. Perform other duties/tasks may be assigned from time to time.
