Job Description
1.Receives applicants, administers, and checks exam, and endorses to the interviewer.
2. Keeps, maintains and updates 201 files, manpower inventory, and ensures confidentiality of information.
3.Keeps track of expiration of Probationary contracts.
4. Communicates all medical exam results to the HR Supervisor for proper guidance.
5.Ensures safety standards are met and identifies any potential safety hazards in the workplace
6.Manages the office clinic, medical records, supplies, instruments and equipment and sanitation of the clinic

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse
With or without experience
Proficient in using Windows application program ( MS Word, Excel and PP)
Good communication skills
Excellent recording skills
