Company Driver

Job Description:
BASIC FUNCTION (JOB SUMMARY) As a support service to different departments, this position shall provide vehicular service to employees for effective delivery of services to external clientele/partners.


SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drives designated vehicle as requested by employees. Monitors the maintenance schedule of assigned vehicle and properly inform the Administrative Assistant of its schedule. Maintains cleanliness of the assigned vehicle at all times. Delivers and picks up documents, if there are no scheduled trips. Assists the Marketing Department in its physical set-up during events. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly accomplishment reports. Performs other relevant job functions as maybe assigned from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
Educational Background At least High School graduate or Vocational Diploma/TESDA Certificate. Work Experience: At least three (3) years driving experience using different types of vehicle and with professional driver’s license level 1 to 3.


Skills Required: Familiarity with Metro Manila routes. With knowledge in simple mechanical and automotive troubleshooting.


Must be good in driving all kinds of vehicles Personality Traits: With pleasant and sharp disposition, organized, systematic and good judgment.
