Company Driver

1.Drives company service vehicle to transport employees, Owners Representative OR, guests and other individuals to and from designated destinations as directed, in a safe and responsible manner.
2.Keeps and maintains trust and confidentiality required to obtain a high level of security access to offices, homes, and properties of company personnel without supervision.
3.Keeps and maintains assigned vehicles always clean and in good condition at all times when in use or otherwise necessary maintenance such as washing and or cleaning of assigned vehicles shall be done and scheduled properly for the convenience of the passengers.
4.Performs routine checkup of the vehicles which include but not limited to oil, break function, water, lights tire condition and the like.
5.Carries out periodic checks on the assigned vehicle to determine maintenance needs and reports to Customer Relation Officer CRO for the schedule of repair.
6.Fill ups the checklist form before the trip to ensure that the parts of vehicles such as window glass, hub cup and diesel are free from damage and in acceptable condition.
7.Delivers and picks up of items, documentation ensuring accurate capture of what the itemdocumentation is, who requested the transport of the item, who received the item, and obtaining proper signatures.
8.Reports to Customer Relation Officer daily regarding all accidents and incidents involving drivers or company equipment.
9.Monitors expiration and renewal of his drivers license without causing any inconvenience to the company scheduled.
10.Observes strictly the company rules and regulation, policies and directives and instruction of the company.
11.Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
