Community Operator (Content And Social Media)

Job Description:
Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors Coordinate and provide datas and reports for creative team and customer service team Manage multiple accounts handling our forums/community groups Increase traffic inside forums/community groups Provide relevant issues or content Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years work experience in chat support role, content and/or social media management role Experience in increasing network traffic in community groups and/or forum groups a must Experience in Research and Development (experience and exposure in trucking industry preferred) Experience in marketing background preferred Must have very strong English written skills Must be willing to work graveyard shift or shifting schedule Must be amenable to work in BGC
