Community Officer For Creator/Writer

Job Description:
1. Create engaging content related the comunity for all platforms, including articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos. Specially for article, can discuss with Editorial team.

2. Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests.

3. Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics include GA, Facebook report etc

4. Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.

5. Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new product update and share it to community and work together if related to the community

6. Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops.

7. Liaise with external agencies or journalists to ensure accurate brand representation.

8. Manage all community Issues

9. Build relationships with community (creators).

10. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

11. Join and active in all community group in inside or outside Indonesia

12. Post or share new content in community group
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Proven work experience as a community manager/officer

2. Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)

3. Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)

4. Excellent verbal communication skills

5. Excellent writing skills

6. Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics

7. Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

8. Attention to detail and ability to multitask

9 Proficient in Google Analytics is a plus
