Community Officer

Job Description:
Manage client accounts and day to day operations: facilities bookings, guest reception, call answering, online inquiries, and mail receiving Assist with oculars, sending proposals and client registrations Assist and/or take the lead in community initiatives and projects Assist in administrative work Take on partnership projects from time to time Minimum Qualifications:
Background in Business Management, HRIM courses are preferred but not required Must be personable and outgoing with excellent communication skills A self-starter and a quick learner Experience in project management, customer service and/or account management is a plus
