An unbelievable opportunity to work with this Australian eCommerce fashion retailer who specialises in designer and fast fashion and services US, European and Asian markets, where you’ll be managing primarily their Instagram and Facebook with their products and writing witty comments and headings and building a great rapport with the social community.

We look for people who take initiative and exemplify empathy, support, and flexibility. If you are technologically savvy and have a proactive, helpful, can-do attitude, we’re interested in hearing from you!

You will be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner (primarily Instagram & Facebook)
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
- Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
- Develop a content plan.
- Create engaging content for all social platform
- Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests.
- Analyze web traffic and relevant community metrics.
- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
- Liaise with the Directors to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaise with external agencies or journalists to ensure accurate brand representation.

To be successful

- Proven work experience as a community manager / social media coordinator for an eCommerce brand
- Excellent experience with Instagram and Facebook (writing and responding to comments)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent English writing skills
- Hands on experience with social media management for brands
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
