Community Manager (Early Morning Shift; Tuesday

Managing the creation, conception, and presentation of content across Digital Room’s communities.
Leading a small team of social media specialists and creatives to drive awareness, engagement and relationships.
Setting and achieving KPIs including growth and engagement targets for all brands’ social media properties.
Discovering and engaging with key brand loyalists and micro influencers to build a community of advocates and drive brand growth.
Generating and maintaining content calendars for all social communities and working with the creative/content team to execute those campaigns.
Responding to customer comments, questions and reviews to foster a positive community atmosphere and add value to our customer’s experience.
Coordinating with relevant internal teams to respond to and resolve any customer issues or inquiries.
Supporting the aggregation and analysis of customer sentiment via Net Promoter Score surveys, Yelp reviews, BizzareVoice and other review platforms.
Identifying new and relevant channels to continue to push our brand presence.
Staying up to date on latest communication trends, digital trends, best practices, and competitive landscape as well as consistently bringing fresh and practical ideas that drive results for the business.
Presenting key insights, trends, and learnings to marketing team and company stakeholders.
Developing and adhering to project plans with detailed milestones.
