Job Description:
Manage all online communication of Astoria Hotels and Resorts, and Astoria Vacation & Leisure Club Inc. Monitor the specialists in answering queries from social media platforms, and other forms of Q&A platforms, and assist when needed Execute crisis management playbook when needed Create a report with comprehensive analytics, insights, and recommendations on a weekly basis, or as needed Proactively report critical negative issues to the appropriate departments Monitor overall performance of the brand's social media pages and online listings Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent English communication and writing skills Excellent presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills Able to work well under pressure Extremely proactive Maintains good judgment and composure when dealing with challenging situations Familiar if not proficient with social media management software
