Community Engagement Manager

Job Description:
The Community Engagement Manager (CEM) is in charge of the overall effective implementation of community programmatic engagement strategies of handled brands. The CEM will work with the Account Management leaders and other account management stakeholders to develop a vision for effective community engagement and will play a lead role in implementing this vision. The CEM will also oversee a team of Community Engagement Associates and Specialists and be responsible for training and upskilling the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
????Strong community management background with experience in Facebook business page platform and other customer service applications such as Zendesk Excellent communication skills - Written and Verbal in both English and Filipino Basic quantitative skills Communications or Management degree holder Strong analytical and planning skills Excellent problem-solving skills
