We are operated by Delivery Hero, the global leader in the food delivery industry, processing over 1 million orders everyday and is operating in 40+ markets in the world, with 17,000 employees and approximately 200,000+ restaurant partners.


However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Community & Communication Leader to join our growing team in Manila!


What’s on the menu for you to do: Your main responsibility is to create the happiest rider community of the Philippines


Create online & offline creative content for the riders (video/written/..) to help foodpanda roll out more effective recruitment campaigns and help foodpanda reach his riders for important communication Optimize online & offline channels (rider website, facebook, telegram, email, sms) A/B testing of content & track the results with the help of analytics (google analytics, mailchimp, etc) Set up partnerships & secure discounts for the foodpanda fleet (such as food, services, fuel, insurance) Organize offline events : games, campaigns etc. Automate the recurring communication to riders Create analytical reports to assess the effectivity of campaigns What we have for you: We have a steep learning curve and because of that, not a day is boring here! Minimum Qualifications:
What do you bring to the table? Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or relevant course Two years of experience in setting up events for employee engagement, launching company programs and promos, and campaigns to boost employee happiness Knowledge in creating online & offline creative content and graphics is an advantage Track of record to take initiatives Required language(s): English and Filipino Can start immediately
