ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES PROCESSConduct Linguistic training as per specified training curriculumConduct Pre & Post assessment to identify any red flags (if any)Provide feedback to specific areas of opportunityOPERATIONSTraining New hires on V&A /Gramamr / culture and Soft SkillsProvide & Share feedback with associates after assessmentCoach associates on DSAT with a clear understanding of process requirementGenerating and maintaining regular reportsUnderstand process requirementAUDITSConduct regular audits to check training effectivenessConduct Recursive Training based on the Training Need Identification receive from Ops/SPOC/QA/ Analyst/ SDMTRAININGLinguistic Training :- Usage of Phonetics as a tool and concept to correct speech defectsTransformational Grammar :- Usage of Syntax to correct errors in GrammarQUALIFICATIONS: In order for the job to be successfully performed, the following are the credentials required. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent1-2 years experience in foundation skills training1-2 years hands on experience training module developmentLANGUAGEExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust possess good presentation skillsOTHER COMPETENCIESFamiliarity with Linguistics and Soft Skill ConceptsExcellent Organizational and planning skillsMust be results orientedGood understanding of Group Dynamics (diversity)
