Sales Dart is an ed-tech startup that provides training and development insights to various clientele internationally. Our sales philosophy is based on creating real value proposition for our clients and in enabling them through our invaluable training programs. Our business philosophy is centered around collaboration and forging long-term customer relationships. The person in this role would have a deep understanding of our products, training programs and customer value propositioning. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion to be part of a category-defining startup, and the drive to not only meet, but exceed sales targets. The role involves working closely with our management team and our senior sales team, and this will hence provide you with the opportunity to develop your career in business development.
Responsibilities:
? Make an average of 60 outbound calls to prospects daily with the goal of scheduling training demos and/or meetings with the Sales Manager.
? Identify points of contact within target localities and reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls, emails and social media.
? Nurture relationships with potential customers.
? Qualify new leads and follow up on warm leads, own your own pipeline.
? Manage sales cycle, sales records and all customer follow-ups.
? Meet and exceed quarterly targets.
? Prepare power point presentations with the Sales Manager.
? Become an expert on our brand, business, and our products.
? Stay current on industry news and understand the ed-tech training landscape.
? Close the deals with the Sales Manager.
