Education level: College graduate of any course Communication skills: proficient in verbal and written English
Soft Skills: solid customer service and organizational skills;
critical-thinking and reasoning abilities; ability to meet deadlines and multitask;
mentally alert, attentive to details, ability to work under pressure
Technical Skills: computer literate
Experience: with at least 2 years of experience as Commis II on a hotel or restaurant with good standards.

Duties:
- Cuts various meats and vegetables as per established specification
- Cooks food in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be serves
- Collects supplies from stores and keeps records and accounts.
- Organizes the storage of dry goods and vegetables
- Prepares food that is consistent in quality and reflects the style of the outlet concept
- Strictly adheres to the food appointment policy to control costs.
- Strictly adheres to the methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner.
- Maintains the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment at all times.
- Reports any malfunction or unserviceably of food production machine in timely manner.
