Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
As a Commis II, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Commis Chef will also be required to prepare all mis-en-place and contribute to departmental targets.
