Education level: College graduate of any course Communication skills: proficient in verbal and written English
Soft Skills: solid customer service and organizational skills;
critical-thinking and reasoning abilities; ability to meet deadlines and multitask;
mentally alert, attentive to details, ability to work under pressure
Technical Skills: computer literate
Experience: with at least 2 years of experience as Commis on a hotel or restaurant with good standards.

Duties:
- Set up daily mise en place for cooking
- Measure, mix, and cut ingredients according to standard recipe and specifications
- Check the temperature of dishes, fry and cook basic food items
- Ensure proper storage of groceries, meats, seafood and vegetables
- Clean and maintain the work area, equipment and fridge
- Portion off, trim and garnish food items in serving plate
