Ninja Direct, one of Ninja Van’s most promising new business units, leveraging Ninja Van’s best-in-class logistics network, to solve the procurement pain points for our small and medium shippers.
Responsibilities

Revenue responsibility over all of Ninja Direct Philippines
Lead a team of sales executives to drive Ninja Direct business growth across Philippines
Train, hire and coach sales executives into high performing sales
Formulate and drive overarching sales strategy for the business
Oversee and manage team’s pipeline to ensure accurate sales forecasting
Drive efficiency and improvements across all sales processes
Formulate, track and report key sales KPIs across the organization
Actively participate in sales cycles to win large accounts
Collaborate with senior leadership in the development and execution of key business activities, including but not limited to, budget planning, sales process design and team productivity improvements
Requirements

What are the relevant work experiences required for this role?)
5+ years experience in technology, logistics or consultative sales
3+ years managing a high performing sales team
Strong track record of building and managing highly effective sales teams
Strong ability to strategize and execute in a highly competitive, dynamic and fast paced environment
Strong ability to work across multiple levels of the organization
Consistent quota overachievement in previous roles in a highly transactional and transformational sales environment
Quantitative and comfortable working with large data sets
Strong domain expertise and connections in the Philippines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
