**Your profile**

- Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting.
- At least 7 years of working experience with at least 5 years' experience in project controlling or contract management.
- Proficiency with standard accounting principles.
- Experience working in Multi-national Companies (MNC)

**Your responsibilities**
- Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g.
SAP - ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG plus in country accounting requirements.
Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities are performed accordingly.
- Supports the Project Manager (PM) that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.
- Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities - taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.
- Contributing to and implementing business plans, including financial management and strategic review of the business
- Responsible for clarifying, elaborating and optimizing all relevant commercial issues, such as analyzing and commenting on contracts, including legal aspects, determining the business model (NCM, consortium, subcontractor, split contract), preparation of relevant documents, tax concept, insurance, currency issues, compliance, ECC, cash flow, review of NDA/ MoU etc
- As part of the offer process, reviewing request for quotation, working with operations/bid team to review costing and ensuring lessons learned is implemented, developing commercial scope that brings higher OEM value add and where necessary negotiating contracts/offers.
- Overall responsible for the Commercial / Financial aspect of the Transformation Industry units, including support in achieving KPI's (Order Volume, Revenue, Profit and Cash Flows)
- Oversees the Order to Cash Management of Transformation Industry units
- Any ad-hoc task that assigned by the superior.
