**JOB PURPOSE**

The Inventory Performance team is a key component of the commercial decision-making.
The strategies we devise and execute directly drive volume and earnings and are correspondingly visible in the organization.
You will be reporting directly to the Global Manager of Inventory Performance and working within a highly motivated multi-disciplinary team.
We are embarking on a period of transformation using both historic performance and forward-looking simulations to control inventory to optimize revenue.
You will play an integral part in creating and executing evidence-based inventory strategies that deliver tangible results.
The Inventory Performance Team is responsible for inventory-related decisions for all product lines across the global network.
The team is centralized and works closely with many Group functions.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**_Inventory strategy & process development_**
- Analyzing inventory demand across all markets based on occupancy, yield, and other commercial performance factors to properly identify opportunities that will maximize revenue through improved inventory
- Reviewing commercial inventory processes, identifying issues and areas for improvement, and brainstorming solutions
- Using performance analysis to calibrate parameters used for identifying inventory opportunities
- Reporting on the performance, learnings, and next steps
**_Business inventory support_**
- Coordinating necessary changes with Inventory Administration and Billing teams and providing escalation support for complex requests
- Validating inventory data to maintain accuracy with centre floor plans and other databases
- Collaborating with various teams to gather feedback and provide next actions, thus ensuring the success of commercial inventory initiatives
- Building bespoke inventory reports and tools
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Impressive academic credentials - at least a bachelor's degree (mathematical, scientific or business disciplines preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a commercial role with an analytical base.
- Intermediate user of the full Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Strong technical skills preferred but not required; especially Excel (advanced formulas, VBA, SQL).
- With experience in an advanced programming language (R, Python,) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable with senior stakeholder management
- Proven ability to undertake projects from initial inception through to final completion
