We are looking for a Commercial Director. You will be responsible to handle:
Strategic planning and decision to ensure reaching the sales target in collaborations with Sales team. Meet and build relationships with prospective commercial partners to grow sales. Supervise and planning product ranges and preparing vendor acquisition plans in conjunction with commercial teams; Create a standardized outreach for current and future customers and coordinate its implementation across sales channels, customers' management, and marketing & communications. Develop growth strategies with the executive team and board of directors. Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and coordinating compensation and promotions with these metrics. Prospect and close relationships with key target suppliers/ clients. Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth. Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting. Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success. Fill management gaps by building and training individuals and teams in Sales and Account Management. Develop and implement robust sales management processes – pipeline, account planning, and proposals. Oversee all Channel/Partner Development -- adding new sales channels and 3rd party resellers and partners. Drive a “lean startup” style environment of constant experimentation and learning. Leverage customer research (quantity and quality) to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university. At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Has Experiences in Retail or E-commerce Industry. Open-minded and able to work in team. Self-motivated and honest. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong and proven leadership skill.
