About the Role
We are looking for a competent Collections Analyst to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. You will struck a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments, while exhibiting professionalism and trustworthiness.
Duties and Responsibilities
To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible in moving our clients through First Circle’s collections process. Tasks related to this will include:
Call customers with outstanding past due
Ensure detailed account handling and monitoring
Investigate historical data for each overdue loan plan
Find and contact clients who are hard to contact
Update account status records and collection efforts
Other collections related task, as reporting and process improvement
About You
A Fresh Graduate of a four year Bachelor’s degree, although a candidate with at least a year of experience in collections would be preferred.
You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.
Analytical and diligent, able to handle distressed customers
Preferably with legal or judicial knowledge
