Collections Agency Manager

**Job description**: Manages/monitors external collections agencies (ECAs) in the execution of the team's collection strategies.
Ensures effective and efficient execution of collection strategies that are in compliance with BSP and other regulatory entities.
Fosters a culture of "customer is first" in the delivery of our main job purpose.
Reviews and corrects, if necessary, financial and non-financial endorsements submitted by the external collections agencies (ECAs).
Ensures that the external collections agencies (ECAs) are sufficiently capacitized in terms of manpower and other resources required in implementing collection strategies.
**Basic qualifications**:

- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least three (3) years of collections experience
- Negotiation and Probing Skills
- Knowledge in CCPL Product
