QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed a minimum of 4 years Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management/Accounting, BSBA or any related program
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proven experience as Admin Assistant/General Accounting/Collection Assistant/Billing Assistant for at least 6months to 1 year
Excellent computer skills in MS Offices especially in EXCEL
Good organizational skills, hardworking and can work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent phone and email etiquette
English Proficient
Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Accounting Softwares like SAP/SOA
Highly knowledgeable in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Knowledgeable in Collection/Billing processes
