Provides technical leadership, process assessment, evaluate business requirements with Stakeholders, development and implementation of all projects in Sharepoint using generally-accepted design & development standards and sound coding techniques and tool bring about productivity improvements to all employees in the Vertiv Digital Workplace.
Key Duties:
Serve as a top tier support resource for evaluating and remediating complex technical challenges in Sharepoint.
Responsible making assessments and providing recommendation on innovative use and implementations of new features and technologies to drive more ‘collaboration’ options in Sharepoint.
Advises, analyzes, researches, designs, and leads implementation of complex sites in Sharepoint.
Work with other technologists in the Digital Solution Group to define and execute Sharepoint strategies.
Develop, configure and maintain site collections, document libraries, and enterprise lists
Support end users with all SharePoint related issues
Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures
Participate in technical design/development walkthrough discussions and suggest best practices
Responsible for designing and implementing specific proof of concepts/components as and when required

Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of total IT experience in Microsoft technologies
5+ years of SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 solution development
2+ years of experience O365 SharePoint Online administration/development
5+ years Microsoft Visual Studio (preferably C#.Net) solution programming
2+ years of Nintex From and Workflow development
PowerShell Scripting for the SharePoint object model
Experience in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, SharePoint CSOM, REST API, AJAX, ASP.NET (or ASP.NET MVC), SPFX, Angular JS, ReactJS
Experience in Intranet Portal design and development
Excellent understanding of SharePoint administration including management of service applications, management of web applications and corresponding IIS components, site collection administration, performance tuning, and solution deployment
Experience with SharePoint Branding Customizing master pages, page layouts and templates, site definitions and themes)
Mastery of SharePoint fundamentals including out of the box web parts, lists, content types, workflows, templates and master pages
Experience of working in AGILE methodology, TFS and DevOps
Close attention to detail, follow-up, with an extreme sense of urgency and perseverance
Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment, and provide timely and accurate follow up to inquires
Ability to perform all duties with the least amount of supervision
Strong team effort mentality
Must have strong oral and written skills.
Must be able to work on shifting schedules to attend meetings with US stakeholders
