Perform product and service presentations to potential members Schedule and execute tours of the gym to potential members. Manage and Update leads allocate from online efforts Request Referrals from existing members Assist existing members inside the gym with any needs or questions they may have. Update Sales Database. Report any negative feedback from existing members to the Club/Sales Manager Take direction from the Club/Sales Manager as required. Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a degree in Business Management or Marketing Must be physically fit, highly motivated, with an energetic and happy disposition. Must be experienced in membership sales and KPI driven targets. Must promote and foster a customer focused environment.
