The basic duties and responsibilities of a Clinical Pharmacist are as follows:Serving patients by preparing medications; giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary health care team as well as monitoring patient drug therapiesPrepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician ordersDetecting therapeutic incompatibilitiesDispenses medications by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticalsControls medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventionsA graduate of BS Pharmacy Proficient with computer applicationsWith good oral and written communication skills
