Job Description:
Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone. Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records. Submit to management monthly list of free batteries (given to patients with survey letter, battery card members and Christmas freebies). Cashiering duties. In charge of submission of daily CDCR to accounting department. Maintains inventory of batteries by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies Make telephone calls for hearing aid candidates and old patients. In charge of forwarding to management monthly list of all email addresses of patients. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent. Computer proficient, organized; with good communication and interpersonal skills. Required skill(s): good verbal & written communication skills, computer literate, organized & systematic work habits and with pleasing personality With or without experience Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Applicant must be willing to work in Ayala Feliz, Marikina Branch Full-Time positions available
