Details of the offer

Acts as a bridge between our clients and production teams

Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

Report the progress of projects to clients on a regular basis

Keep the project timeline within the approved schedule

Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Knowledge in digital marketing is a plus.
At least 1-2 years customer support experience

Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks but still have the ability to prioritize

Must have excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.

Must be resourceful, well- organized and thorough planning skills

Willing to work in a night-shift schedule
