Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Specialist is the main point of contact for our clients who have purchased our Marketing Packages. Their main responsibility is to ensure timely delivery and completion of our digital marketing products. This will be accomplished by collaborating with SEO strategist, social media managers, PPC specialist, Graphic Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

-Acts as a bridge between our clients and production teams
-Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
-Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
-Report the progress of projects to clients on a regular basis
-Keep the project timeline within the approved schedule
-Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
-Knowledge in digital marketing is a plus.

Requirements:

-At least 1-2 years customer support experience
-Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
-Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks but still have the ability to prioritize
-Must have excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
-Must be resourceful, well- organized and thorough planning skills
-Willing to work in a night-shift schedule
