The Client Service Supervisor provides client service relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and engagement for an assigned client relationship. Areas of focus may include Administration and Custody disciplines and the applicable product offering for assigned client relationships. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring 2-4 Client Service Representatives and Senior Client Service Representatives.

Demonstrate a goal oriented focus. As a supervisor, you will need to set goals for your team and empower each team member to meet objectives on an individual and team level.
Be efficient and effective. In a fast paced environment, having the focus and motivation to get things done is crucial.
Qualifications:
Strong client service and relationship management skills
BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Custody experience preferred
Management or supervisory experience preferred
