We are hiringClient Outreach Specialistswho will support both domestic and regional operations in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) by assisting clients in researching, prospecting and arranging for sales appointments.

Client Outreach Specialistsperform these duties on a regular basis:
Prospecting potential clients through research and other prepared listings.
Calling prospective customers through telecommunications technology systems.
Influence customers to meet with client’s sales team through prepared script
Provides customers with information on client’s company, services or product information.
Completes orders by recording names, addresses, purchases or appointment sheets
Keep equipment operational by following clients’ instructions and established procedures.
Secure information by completing data base backups or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
