Client Care Specialist- After Sales Coordinator

Job Description
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
• Preparing reports for head office;
• Coordinating sales projects;
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
• Liaising with relevant departments within the company as well as with other organizations;
• Site visits, inspection, data gathering and documentation;
• Coordination between client and production team
• Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
Minimum Qualifications
• Preferably at least one-year working experience in the related field is required for the position
• Has a good communication and leadership skills
• Computer Literate: Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Willing to work overtime if requires
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City
