Client Account Manager

Job Description:
The Client Account Manager is expected to perform the following functions: As the point of contact for client operations across multiple sites As the point of escalation for employee issues, potential concerns, etc. Collaborates with other departments such as Project Management to ramp up and commercialize projects, new accounts, changes, etc. Develops and maintains account RASICs to ensure alignment between operations and support functions. Ensures that SOW commitments are met. Oversees change control, forecasting, etc. Minimum Qualifications:
