**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Inbound calls - 90% voice l inquiries on Appointment scheduling - urgent care
**Qualification**
- 2nd Yr Undergraduate (Preferably med allied) | Can consider HS/SHS graduate depending on Exp & Skills (2-3 yrs.
relevant experience)
- At least 6 months BPO Healthcare experience preferably with Claims, Benefits & Eligibility.
- A/R experience in Banking & Finance, Appointment setting, preferably w/ CSAT/NPS.
**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php26,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Night shift
**Experience**:
- BPO: 1 year (preferred)
