In the framework of the implementation of solar power projects, we are looking for a:
Civil Site Supervisor
Under the
responsibility of the Site Manager and the Project Manager you will be
responsible for the day to day management of civil activities of solar projects in Energy.
You will be
a key actor of communication between the different external parties of the
project during the execution phase: Partners / Contractors / Client / Project
Team. Your added value,
with the support of a team, will be to maximise the company’s profitability and
client satisfaction.
All your missions will be performed in full
compliance with the Tractebel’s standards in terms of Quality / Safety / Legal
/ Ethics.
Your main responsibility is to monitor the civil part of the projects in terms of
budget, quality and schedule.
Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day
activities of the EPC contractor(s) with a focus on the civil works component,
- Review and comment the
method statement, schedule and documents submitted by the contractor(s),
- Inspect all civil
works progress works from the contractor(s),
- Monitors the
topographic setting out of the structures,
- Monitors the
compaction and grading soil tests,
- Witnesses material
testing (including but not limited to concrete, reinforcement bars),
- Monitors and controls
the overall contractor’s QA/QC records,
- Supervises the
contractor’s overall progress versus project construction schedule,
- Works as a team with
the Owner’s Engineer team, from the site and the main office(s),
- Participates in
preparing progress reports.

You have/are:
- A
degree in civil engineering or an equivalent professional qualification in
engineering
- Minimum 5
years of relevant experience
- A solid experience in the execution phase of a project
(including at
least one solar project) is an advantage
- A strong
technical background allowing you to lead in an autonomous way to address
design & project construction challenges.
- Contract & Claim Management skills is
an advantage.
- Management skills for Project scheduling
& controlling.
- Team player,
results-focused, determined and responsible.
Project-based
contract / Based in Luzon area
